When you plan an Autumn wedding you want to be sure to choose flowers that are in season so they are FRESH and ATTAINABLE. Flowers that are harvested in the fall months will naturally look more vibrant and healthier, they should also last longer after they have been cut or harvested. Attainability is vital because it will affect the price of your flowers and the likelihood of getting the exact flowers that you want – the last thing you want is a bouquet full of flowers you didn’t choose. You can choose flowers that are out of season but it is likely that they will not look as healthy and vibrant than those that are in season. From the photographs of the bride and groom in that field of white flowers by Caitlin Maloney Photography to the Glen Manor House itself, everything was outstanding! What else made our jaw drop? The bouquets for both the bride and her bridesmaids by Cherry Hill Flowers! Transportation provided by the Viking Trolley and A Star Limousine Service took part in making their day run smoothly. Q: Does the bride and groom have to feed the wedding vendors such as the wedding planner and their assistants, the wedding photographer and the videographer? A: This can be a tough one to answer. Many vendors require meals provided in their contracts. It doesn’t have to be lobster but a meal but be sure to throughly look through your contract of your vendors! Even if is is not in contract and may not be “required” we advise you do! Remember, they are working their butts off to make your wedding day unforgettable! Most of your vendors like your wedding planner, photographer, florist, DJ, etc. are going to be there for a good amount of time, even longer than you… Be mindful that working on an empty stomach is tough and you don’t want anyone to lose steam throughout the day.
