Last week we were inspired by Birdcage Veils this week we are inspired by birdcages! Birdcages are a great addition to your wedding decor! Place one on your guest book table to leave cards in on the day of your wedding or position one before the aisle for programs! Or, what about mini birdcages as part of your centerpiece filled with flowers or candles? Why not hang them from a tree for some outdoor decor? We love the idea of having it on your invitations, it gives the day a soft and delicate feel. However you choose to add in birdcages, if you do so, we think it’s a beautiful touch!

So, to start your work week, we bring you the lovely Kristin and Rick and their fantastic Connecticut wedding. Rick and Kristin, who have known each other far before they decided to become a couple, got married at the Farmington Country Club. With planning done by Sarah True of True Event (who also happens to be Kristin’s friend,) the day looked absolutely perfect. Kristin, who said “yes to the dress” wore a stunning one shoulder dress by Maggie Sottero and had her bridesmaids in White by Vera Wang from David’s Bridal. The bouquet’s and centerpieces filled with succulents and neutral colored flowers were done by Hana Floral. While we are all braving the hurricane here on the East Coast, we bring you the eye catching wedding of Lauren and Alejandro. The beautiful couple got married this past summer at the St. Veronica Chapel in Narragansett, RI.
